Chicken and Dressing Casserole
- 1 pkg corn bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups sliced or diced chicken (cooked)
- 2 cups broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
350 degrees for 45 minutes
Combine stuffing mix, margarine and mix well. Spread some in bottom of baking dish. Cover
with layer of chicken. Set aside.
Combine broth, soup in saucepan. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes. Spoon some over chicken. Repeat
layers - stuffing, chicken and rest of soup mixture.
Add some cranberries, green beans to make a complete meal.
