Lime Salad
- 1 small can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 small pkg of Lime Jello
- 1 small container of Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 small container of Cool Whip
Bring the jello to a boil and simmer with the pineapple
for 3 minutes. Let cool. Fold in the cottage cheese. Add celery, pecans and Cool Whip.
