Clam Chowder Soup
Heres a hearty "from the can" recipe
thatll feed a hungry bunch of mountain bikers after a cold-weather ride.
3 cans Cream of Potato Soup
2 cans New England Clam Chowder
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1 qt Half & Half Milk
1 cup chopped celery
1 stick butter
Saute celery with butter. Mix all ingredients together. Serves 8-10.
