I received the following e-mail from Keith Webb of the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation. This foundation was essential to getting the 3-foot rule passed in Tennessee.

Dear Troy,

We are very saddened by this tragic news. I did not have the pleasure of knowing him, but have heard many stories about his love and passion for cycling. Part of our mission is to provide support, as appropriate, to families affected by cycling tragedies. Please let me know if you see an opportunity for us to reach out to the family in any way. We will continue to keep David's family in our thoughts and prayers.
