Scott Williford will be at the Tuesday Night Ride with a demo trailer with about 50 sets of wheels. Anyone who wishes to ride the wheels is free to do so. You don't even have to be seriously considering a purchase. There is absolutely no charge for the demo. All they ask is that you leave a picture ID and a credit card with them if you are going to take wheels.
Scott will be at the BiLo parking lot around 5, so come early to make sure you get the specific wheels you want to try. The crew will have tools to change to your particular gearing options 8/9/10 speed (no 7 speed options). They will stick around to answer questions for as long as you want to stay around.
Ronnie, from River City, has agreed to drive a SAG van in case there are any mechanicals with riding unfamiliar wheels. He will have tools and we will set him up with a couple of spare wheelsets in case of issues (like a tubular flat).
There will be 10% discount coupons for the purchase of a Zipp wheelset good for the month of July to anyone who demos a wheelset. That is over $200 off if you are buying a carbon wheelet, so quite a deal!!
