As there are very few stores in this area (at least ones with public restrooms) the ride will consist of 2 loops from Red Clay State Park. 1st loop is 24 miles and the 2nd is 27 miles.
Directions: (easiest route to the park)
I-75 north to Exit 7A. Follow signs for Hwy 317/Apison Pike toward Collegedale, go about 5.6 miles. At Stop Sign, Hwy 317/Apison Pike jogs left 1 block over RR tracks then right. Continue to follow Hwy 317/Apison Pike for about 6 miles. Turn left on Hwy 317/Wesleyann Rd, go about ½ mile. Turn right on Hwy 317/Weatherly Switch Rd for 2.6 miles. At STOP SIGN turn right onto Blue Springs Rd for .3 miles. Turn right onto Red Clay Park Rd, park entrance will be about 1.9 miles on your right. Go right, past Visitor’s center, to Pavilion parking lot. Please park away from Pavilion.
