Along the Route: REMEMBER THAT THIS ROUTE IS OPEN TO TRAFFIC. At all times, stay in the correct lane of the road and obey all traffic laws. In several places there will be traffic control waving you through. Traffic may be restricted somewhat on Suck Creek Mountain, but it will not be closed - there will be some vehicles on the road in both directions. In all other areas, you are a part of regular traffic and should act accordingly. Please do not use Ipods or other devises that may restrict your hearing! This is a danger to yourself as well as all the others on the ride. If you must use your phone, please get completely off the road. Again, this is a danger to all others on the ride as well as yourself. Personal sags are asked to take alternate routes on several of the mountain ascents and descents. Suggested alternate routes will be provided. Ask for them at the packet pickup table. Host Hotels: We will have a choice of convenient host hotels this year to accommodate the number of participants staying in Chattanooga and offer a choice of locations and costs. Please go to the 'Accommodations' page for all the details. Other activities going on in Chattanooga during the weekend of the 3-State: There are free electric shuttles running throughout downtown. The Chattanooga Open Air Market - all items will be natural or handmade - no commercial items allowed - will be open at the First Tennessee Pavilion across from the Stadium on Sunday.
