CBC General Meeting Minutes

January 15, 2005

1 Attendance

The Annual Meeting of the Chattanooga Bicycle Club was held at the Warehouse of Randy and Kathryn Lawson. 

A covered dish dinner was enjoyed by all.

2 Business

The Membership voted on Officers to serve during 2005.  Those elected were: 

• Jim Lemons, President

• Chris Dohman, Vice President

• Amy French, Secretary

• Jim Johnson, Road Ride Coordinator

• Mike Callahan, Mountain Bike Coordinator

• Tom Ingledew, Membership Chairman

• David Ward, Events Coordinator

• Daisy Blanton, Communications Director

• George Perry, Treasurer

Several door prizes were given away, compliments of CBC and/ or several businesses that contributed.

A good time was had by all.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
