Chattanooga Bicycle Club Bylaws

The proposed Chattanooga Bicycle Club bylaws were approved by the board and the membership on Aug 16, 2004. These have been presented to an attorney for his verification and recommendations as to incorporation and 501C  non-profit status. He recommended a very few minor modifications which have been applied and were brought before the membership at the club meeting on November 15, 2004. A vote was taken and the bylaws were approved to be implemented on January 1, 2005. In Dec, 2006, a CBC Charitable Giving Policy was developed.

The approved bylaws, the bylaws revision list, and the original CBC bylaws drafted in 1967 have been saved as pdf files which allow you to view, navigate, and print across all major computing platforms.
